Cancellation Policy

Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while placing the order.

How the return works ?

We usually deliver within 2-3 working days of placement of the order. All delivery times for specific items are listed in the items page and in the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

For replacement you need to contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.

In you find any manufacturing defect, you can return the items to us within 7 days of receipt and we will make the refund after checking all the items. the refund request will be cancelled by us, in case of 3-time failure of reverse pickup or two weeks passed after pickup was initiated for the first time. Refund request will also be cancelled if the product if self-shipped on behalf of customer and the product failed to dispatch after two weeks of initiation of refund.

In case of absence of bank details, four weeks after refund instigation the customer will be granted points. However, if Bank details are offered the refund mode can be altered to bank refund within eight weeks of refund initiation.

    • Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all returns but not incase those orders which have been damaged by the customers themselves apart from regular usage.

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and arrange for replacement as long as the returned item is in same condition.
